HSI Capital Limited Liability Company is an active real estate investor and is responsible for all real estate operations in the HSI Capital Group.

As part of the investment portfolio, the Company also plans to increase its presence on the local markets of the major urban agglomerations outside Warsaw due to the increased attractiveness of these regions for business as well as the growing demand for commercial space.
Our company currently has land development projects of the area. More than 250 hectares worth over 150 million PLN. Investment projects are run independently and through cooperation with selected Partners. HSI Capital operates primarily in Warsaw but also takes into account the property in the central locations of other large urban agglomerations in Poland.
